2. Scope
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit meliqor.com, contact us, or use our privacy settings. It is designed to address the EU/EEA GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, U.S. state privacy laws including California.

4. Contact form
The current contact form uses a mailto: mechanism. Submitting it opens your email client and the message is sent through your own email provider. Meliqor does not currently store the form fields in a separate website form database. If a server-side form service or CRM is added, this notice must be updated before activation to identify the provider, processing location, legal basis and retention period.
For EU/EEA users, processing of business inquiries may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, or based on legitimate interests in handling business communications, depending on the context. Consent is used only where consent is the appropriate legal basis.
5. Cookies, local storage and consent
Strictly necessary functionality may be used without optional consent where permitted by law. The site stores your privacy selection in browser local storage. Optional analytics and marketing categories are disabled by default.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer. Withdrawal applies going forward. See our Cookie & Tracking Notice for more detail.
6. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is disclosed only where necessary for hosting, security, communications, contract performance or legal obligations. Before production publication, the actual hosting, email, CRM, analytics and other providers used by Meliqor should be listed and kept current.
7. International transfers
If personal data from the EU/EEA or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards will be used where required, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, recognized privacy frameworks or another legally permitted transfer mechanism. The actual mechanism used for any U.S. provider must match the production setup.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal, accounting or evidentiary obligations. Business inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, contract discussions, recordkeeping and legitimate business needs.
9. EU / EEA rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing and may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
10. Switzerland rights
Where the Swiss FADP applies, you may have rights including access and, subject to applicable requirements, correction, deletion or data delivery/portability. Requests can be sent to contact@meliqor.com.
11. United States / California
Where U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA apply to Meliqor, residents may have rights including access/know, deletion, correction and opt-out rights regarding the sale or sharing of personal information, together with protection from discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
Current website practice: Meliqor does not sell personal information through this website and does not currently use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, any legally required “Do Not Sell or Share / Your Privacy Choices” mechanism and disclosures will be implemented before such processing is enabled. Our preference module also detects Global Privacy Control and keeps marketing disabled.
12. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including access restrictions, secure transmission, data minimization and controlled permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
13. Automated decision-making
This public website currently does not make solely automated decisions about visitors that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
14. Changes
We update this notice when our website, service providers, legal requirements or data practices change. The version published here is the current version.
